Additionally, Valiant Cross Academy reserves the right to ask a scholar to withdraw if the actions of the parent(s)/guardian(s) are not in keeping with the mission of the school.

Scholars are notified by the Head of School or the Director of Operations once they have been accepted. It is to be clearly understood that the submission of an application form, along with the required fees, does not constitute admission to or enrollment at Valiant Cross Academy.

Transfer Scholars

Ordinarily, new scholars are only accepted at the beginning of a new semester. Valiant Cross Academy’s selection committee reserves the right to make decisions regarding evaluation, transfer and acceptance of transfer scholars, and/or credits toward graduation. After an application form is completed, a personal interview with parents, scholar(s), administrators and/or members of the Selection Committee is required. In addition to the required information listed above, a copy of the scholar’s disciplinary record is required.

ALL transfer scholars are accepted on a probationary basis. Their academic and disciplinary status is evaluated by the Head of School, Academic Director and teachers at the end of each quarter. He may be asked to withdraw if he does not abide by the disciplinary rules listed in this handbook. The notice of withdrawal is issued at the point of non-compliance.
